I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work for you. The steps are fully documented as is, however they need to be followed to the exact letter (including the network layout) in order for MIO TV to work.

In particular 2 interfaces needs to be created to the physical port which MIO TV is connected to as the box requires both internet access as well as connectivity to the MIO TV network.

It may also be useful for you to share your network layout and also the configuration so that i can help to spot if anything is missed out as well
